Minister Saleem Ali was born in Voorhees, NJ and raised and attended school in Palmyra, NJ.

Reverend Saleem Ali accepted the Lord Jesus Christ at the tender age of 10 at Millier Temple Church of God in Christ in Palmyra. He rededicated his life to Christ at Deliverance Evangelistic Church under the pastorate of Pastor Eric F. Ricks with his mother by his side when he was 13 years old.

Rev. Saleem Ali is the Church Treasurer. He is responsible and the custodian of the church’s liquid assets. He administers and manages all FDWC's financial assets and liabilities.

Minister Saleem Ali is also the Director of the Youth Ministry, which serves youth ages 12 to 17. Through various sessions, our youth are trained in Christian living and are taught to enrich their lives through worship, Bible study, discussions, Christian service, and recreational activities. The youth sponsored a drive to collect blankets to keep the homeless warm during the winter season.

Over the years, under Minister Saleem, the youth sponsored a donation drive to help Families Forward of Philadelphia during a summer enrichment appeal that looked to send homeless children to summer camp. He oversees monetary donations for school supplies and other items.

As the Director of Faith Center, Minister Saleem Ali is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the commercial properties and/or buildings of Faith Center, such as leasing space to tenants, collecting all rental income and other charges due from the tenant(s) of the property, and maintaining the commercial buildings.

Saleem Ali holds the position of Platoon Sergeant in the rank of Sergeant 1st Class in the National Guard Unit, where he performs in an exemplary manner. He often takes upon himself roles that are far above his rank. He is responsible for ensuring his units are ready to deploy anywhere in the world, including the Middle East.

This includes personnel and equipment readiness, as well as training. He is a certified instructor, and he must always be prepared to deploy at a moment’s notice to complete the nation’s wartime mission.

Every month, Minister Saleem conducts drills that involve training with individual weapons and training and planning at motor stables in Sea Girt, NJ, New York, and at the Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, as well as in other parts of the country.

He works under different conditions depending on the type of weapon system that his unit is responsible for. Sometimes it requires spending a lot of time in field training exercises, where he works, eats, and sleeps outdoors and in tents.

Minister Saleem Ali is currently employed by Holman as a Driver Services Specialist. He resides in Burlington, New Jersey, with his family and faithfully serves and loves the Lord with all his might. He is gifted in teaching, administration, prophecy, wisdom, knowledge, and exhortation.

His favorite scriptures are the Beatitudes in Matthew Chapter 5: 3 “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 4. Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted. 5. Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth. 6. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled. 7. Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy. 8. Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God. 9. Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God. 10. Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 11. “Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. 12. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.
